Our herd has always been highly esteemed, sought the world over because of the quality of our breeding practices. But we knew that in order to satisfy our customers and give them the highest quality product, we needed to invest in the dairy. And that is exactly what the owners did. Beginning several years ago, they invested over $700,000 in new equipment. The list is impressive by anyone's standard: Separator, Homogenizer, Heat Exchanger, Control Panel, Video Jet Machine, CIP Ecolab System, Crate Washer, Butter Churner, Cap System. A walk-through is evidence enough of the state-of-the-art quality of the dairy. Justification of our efforts and the owner's investment comes from the flying colors with which we pass all state inspection standards. More importantly, though, our customers have informed us how pleased and appreciative they are of the improved consistency and quality of our products. At High Lawn Farm, we are committed to providing the finest dairy product available anywhere in the world. That we do it here, in the Berkshires, for the consumption of our friends, neighbors and visitors, makes us especially proud. |
