Dairy Production Worker

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking person who is ready to work and willing to learn to join our dairy production team.

No dairy or manufacturing experience is necessary. If you have little or no previous job experience, are looking for your first steady job, are changing careers, or have worked in a different type of industry, we encourage you to apply! We provide training for this position.

We value reliability, a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.

What Is This Job Really Like?

We believe in being upfront about the work.

This is a hands-on, physical production job in a working dairy processing facility. The work can be wet, cold, dirty, messy, repetitive, and physically demanding. You will work around milk and other dairy products, production equipment, water, cleaning and sanitation activities, and the normal conditions of a busy dairy plant.

What We're Looking For

You do not need a long resume or previous dairy experience.

We are looking for someone who is:

Previous experience in dairy, food production, manufacturing, warehouse, agriculture, or other physical labor is helpful but not required.

Schedule & Commute Requirements

• Start time: 6:00 a.m.

• End time varies based on daily production needs and completion of the day's production goals.

• The workday may extend beyond a traditional 8-hour shift when production needs require it.

• Because of the 6:00 a.m. start time and variable end time, employees must live in Lee, MA, or within a reasonable commuting distance to reliably report to and from the farm.

• Reliable transportation to and from the farm is required.

• This is an in-person position; remote work is not available.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Transfer milk into crates.

• Operate labeling equipment during milk bottling.

• Package milk, butter, and ice cream.

• Organize finished products and prepare orders.

• Load products onto delivery trucks.

• Clean and sanitize production areas and equipment.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

• Assist with daily production and plant operations.

• Learn additional production duties as training progresses.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Must be able to repeatedly bend, reach, lift, carry, push, and pull.

• Must be comfortable working around water and dairy products.

• Must be able to perform physical and repetitive tasks throughout the workday.

• Must be able to work safely in a physically demanding production environment.

  COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Wage is commensurate with experience and willingness to learn. Hourly wage ranges from $16.00 to $19.00. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, Aflac supplemental insurance, a matching 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, employee discounts, and weekly milk stipends.

Delivery Truck Driver

September 2026

We are hiring a full-time, year-round (non-CDL) Delivery Truck Driver to join our team in distributing our collection of farm-fresh, 100% Jersey dairy products to stores, restaurants, institutions, and coffee shops from the Berkshires to Boston. 

The best candidate for this position will be someone who is motivated, responsible, and has a positive attitude. Prior commercial motor vehicle (CMV) driving experience and FMCSA knowledge are preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. It is essential that candidates are able to safely and confidently drive a 20 ft. box truck in dense city traffic and exhibit good public relations skills, as this position represents the face of our company and works directly with our customers on a daily basis.

SCHEDULE:

This position requires the employee to be adaptable to covering each type of route our distribution team serves. The Eastern MA routes include a 4-day work week with an early morning start between 1:00-2:00 am. The Eastern MA routes require overnight stays at a hotel in the Boston metro area, paid for by the company, two nights a week.

REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and required to have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and the ability to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly. Applicants must have the ability to cover overnight runs. Candidates must also be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and maintain an active DOT physical. Must also be familiar with using electronic navigation tools such as GPS, Google Maps, and various smartphone navigation apps.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Compensation includes base salary, plus commission. Salary is commensurate with experience and willingness to learn. Base annual salary ranges from $44,000 to $48,000. Benefits include: a matching 401(k) retirement plan, health insurance, Aflac, paid time off, employee discounts, and weekly milk stipends.
